More than 16 years quality management and Six Sigma consulting experience at Tyco electronics China and VENUS Quality China

Before 2008 worked as a BU quality head in Tyco Electronics China, from 2008-2010,worked as a Six Sigma consultant in a US Six Sigma consulting company. Then established VENUS Quality in year 2011 and worked as the Executive Director since 2011 to now.

Activities: Six Sigma, DFSS & Lean Manufacturing Training and Project Coaching for Black-Belts and Green-Belts incl. Implementation of Six Sigma/DFSS programs. Conducted several modules of the Master-Black-Belts training and certification of Master-Black-Belts.

Experience: Since 2008, Phenix served more than 200 companies, about 20 of them are fortune 500 companies in China. Specialized in DFSS Design for Six Sigma since 2014, multiple DFSS projects trained and coached
